This website, www.wpofficialsupport.com, is owned and operated by WP Official Support. By accessing or using our website, services, products, or support (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”), along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Overview
We provide technical support, maintenance, and related services. All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that:

4. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal (CRITICAL SECTION)
4.1 Subscription Model
Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
4.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly authorize recurring payments using your selected payment method.
4.3 Billing Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Managing your subscription
- Tracking your billing cycle
- Canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@wpofficialsupport.com
- Cancellation must be requested before the renewal date
- Once canceled, no further billing will occur
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
We do not accept cancellation requests via verbal communication, chat, or third-party channels unless confirmed via email.
6. Refund Policy (VERY IMPORTANT FOR DISPUTES)
- All payments are non-refundable, including subscription renewals
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Change of mind after billing
- Exception Clause
Refunds may only be considered if:
- A cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date, and
- Valid proof of such request is provided
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of WP Official Support.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our Services, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us for resolution
- That unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal action where applicable
We reserve the right to present:
- This Agreement
- Billing records
- Communication history
as evidence in dispute resolution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, and services are the intellectual property of WP Official Support and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Initiate unjustified chargebacks
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Official Support from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Violation of this Agreement
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York, United States.
